Responsibility & Requirements

A Zoho Developer is expected to:

• Expert-level experience in Zoho Forms, Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Books.
• Solid Experience in Zoho Creator tool.
• Experience in working with different Zoho products.
• Create custom Zoho apps to automate processes.
• Implementation and customization of business applications on Zoho One including CRM, Desk, Flow, people, Books, Creator, Campaigns and others as needed.
• Excellent Development Knowledge Deluge for Zoho CRM, Desk, Projects. Writing custom Deluge functions.
• Well versed in creating customer portal, HTML page views, creating dashboards, creating reports, embedding forms/reports/pages, email, SMS campaigns.
• Experience in technical roles on at least 4 to 5 full-lifecycle Zoho implementations, with strong expertise in Zoho products.
• Experience in writing SOQL and SOSL queries.
• Knowledge of Security, Sharing, Profiles, and Roles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment comprising of cross functional and cross vendor teams and deliver to aggressive timelines.
• Data migration to and from different systems into Zoho CRM or other platforms.
• Creation of custom tools and scripts to automate various business processes.
• Create a roadmap for development and prepare iterations for approval and tracking.
