We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for Flashnet products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
• Promote ICT solutions including:
  • Business Internet Services
  • Managed IT Services
  • Cybersecurity Solutions
  • Cloud & Datacenter Services
  • Collaboration Solutions
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requirements promptly.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, ICT, Sales, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in ICT, telecommunications, internet services, or technology solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of corporate sales and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of ICT solutions and enterprise technology products is an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
