Job Summary

Flashnet Technologies Ltd is looking for a qualified and hands-on Electrician – Grade I to support electrical installations, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate should have VETA Grade I certification, 1–3 years of practical experience, and good knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out low-voltage electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works.
• Perform electrical wiring, cabling, termination, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Install and maintain distribution boards, sockets, switches, lighting, and related electrical systems.
• Support electrical requirements for IT infrastructure, networking, server rooms, data centres, and other technical projects.
• Assist with power connections for UPS systems, racks, network equipment, and other ICT infrastructure.
• Identify electrical faults and perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Ensure installations comply with electrical and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain electrical tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Provide on-site technical support for company projects and client installations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• VETA Grade I Certification in Electrical Installation – Mandatory.
• 1–3 years of relevant practical experience.
• Proven experience working with low-voltage electrical systems.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to use electrical testing tools and equipment.
• Basic understanding of UPS, power backup, earthing, and electrical protection systems will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience on installation and commissioning of power inverters, solar inverters.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical project team.
• Willingness to work at different client and project locations when required.
